    Default is 1:1 with the executive. We also run small-group formats for leadership teams of 3–6 and board briefings for non-executive directors.

  • What's the investment range for executive AI coaching in Australia?

    $8,000–$22,000 plus GST for the standard four-session programme. Small-group format and ongoing fractional support priced separately.

  • How is confidentiality handled?

    Strict mutual NDA, isolated chat histories, approved tooling only. We do not reuse, summarise or anonymise client material in marketing.

  • What model and tooling do you use?

    Whatever you're comfortable committing to, most often Claude Enterprise or ChatGPT Enterprise, sometimes Microsoft Copilot for security-sensitive contexts.

  • Can this support a specific moment. Board, raise, exit prep?

    Yes. Engagements have been shaped around capital raises, strategy refreshes, organisational redesigns and CEO transitions. Faster cadence on request.

  • How long does the programme take?

    Eight weeks for the standard four-session programme. Faster on request for time-sensitive moments. Capital raise, board cycle, organisational change.

  • Will I be in case studies?

    Only if you choose. Most executive clients are not referenced, and we prefer it that way. The discretion is the product.

  • How is this different from having a chief of staff?
